Refund and Returns

All sales are FINAL.  If a product is defective when received, an exchange can be made. Please mail your defective item to 205 Quimby Ave. Hamilton NJ 08610.  Once I receive the defective product I will ship out your replacement. 

I will cover all shipping cost for defective product.

Shipping Policy 

Due to COVID-19 please allow up to 14 business days, from date of purchase, for you to receive your shipment.  If you do not receive your order within 14 days please E-mail greatergraphicsinc@yahoo.com.  All orders must be signed for.
